We offer several levels of protection for your home:

Guardian Program
The Guardian Program is our annual service program that provides three visits to your home throughout the year. These visits are tailored to target the changing pest population based on the season. This program includes a termite bait system and complimentary emergency service during business hours. If pests return, Eastern Pest Services will return for free, guaranteed! Keep your home pest free 365 days a year with the Guardian Program.

Home Pest Prevention Program
The Home Pest Prevention Program is our annual service program that provides three visits to your home throughout the year. Applications are timed so that they occur when the target pest is most vulnerable. This approach includes treatments in pertinent areas on the exterior of your home minimizing the need for broad applications within the house. This plan also includes complimentary emergency service during business hours. If pests return, we return at no cost to you. Protect your home and your family with the Home Pest Prevention Program.

Overwintering Insect Program
The Overwintering Insect Program is performed between the months of August and September. This program targets overwintering insects such as cluster flies, stink bugs and certain species of beetles. The focus of this application is on the exterior of your home to prevent these pests from nesting indoors as the cold weather approaches.

Carpenter Ants Program
The annual Carpenter Ants Program provides an initial comprehensive service in and around your home to detect if carpenter ants are working or nesting around your property. This service includes a thorough inspection and treatment to areas prone to moisture in your home. Areas treated include the kitchen, bathrooms, basement, windows and doors, mulch beds, trees, fence posts and the outside perimeter of your home.

Gutter Maintenance and Power Washing
In addition to gutter maintenance and repairs we offer our patented "gutter guards" to prevent additional and unnecessary maintenance costs. We offer either one-time service or a seasonal service program. Our power washing specialists can handle all surfaces and any height as required.
